About Rising Leaders
The IPA’s Rising Leaders Program is a twelve-month, cohort-based experience designed to develop emerging leaders in the alternatives and private markets industry. Through workshops, coaching, and exposure to global industry trends and thought leaders, participants build critical skills, knowledge and professional relationships.

- Employed by an IPA member company.
- Commitment to participate in virtual programming.
- Attendance at IPAWealth, IPASummit, and IPAVision is required.
- One professional letter of recommendation required.
